That means that we are including the best publications for the lowest price all packaged together complete with a weekly schedule to assist you.
This package is considered an "Economy Package" because, simply put... it isn't as pricey as we put the more expensive texts into our Standard and Deluxe, more expensive packages.
That only makes sense doesn't it?

ALL THE CORE COURSES ARE HERE! and for some that's all they want.
-MATHEMATICS is always going to be part of every package. This course doesn't include a hardcover, super fancy, mathematics text. It does, however, include a selection of math programs for use throughout the year.
One program consists of a set of workbooks for learning Math entitled: Head for Home. This course provides your student with 3 workbooks AND! This is so important beginning at this level - an Answer Key is provided.
-There's also a course entitled: Math Concepts and Problem Solving. That should assist with learning math concepts and solving math problems... right? Right. Also, the ever necessary... Answer Key is included
-A great student workbook covering content in all the topics of SCIENCE from machines and motion to animals to plants and life -- it's here for your student as well. This workbook is published by Evan-Moor, so you can be assured that it covers all the basics and beyond. Rife with experiments and student-engaging content (parent engaging too when you start conducting experiments with your child) this workbook satisfies all the current standards for science level 3.
-Additionally we integrated a workbook to assist with his/her studies in SOCIAL STUDIES / HISTORY this year. A full-color workbook entitled: Living in Our Communities, by Houghton Mifflin/Harcourt takes care of this grade 3 standards requirement. An Answer Key is included.
-LANGUAGE ARTS consists of a large selection of materials at this level because learning to read, reading fluency & comprehension, writing, as well as spelling, and phonics... all of these topics are involved in the Arts of Language.
Therefore, we included an ENGLISH GRAMMAR course in a 2-color workbook format concentrating your child's learning on the elementary skills of language. This workbook covers all forms of grade-level Grammar, Usage and Mechanics. And of course, there is an Answer Key.
-SPELLING - WRITING- that phrase, no doubt, evokes a memory of your younger days as a grade school student. That's also the title, Spell & Write - of the full-color workbook your student will be utilizing to master the skills of Spelling and Writing at this level. This is a very well-accepted workbook series... by Evan Moor Publishing. The answers are in the back of this workbook for parents.
-READING - another workbook - inclusive for this 3rd year of education. This is one of the nicest full-color workbooks ever - your student will be utilizing it this year to master the skill of Reading. Another workbook from Evan Moor Publishing. Guess where the answers can be found? Yes - in the back of this workbook.
-We're not done... no, no, no. We must have your child work on their -PHONICS /Reading skills even further! So, we are packing more content into this package. A Phonics workbook is also provided. But, not just phonics? No. Also, all the content that is Phonics and how it relates to reading... it's all included in this fine, full-color workbook.
-We now come to the final reading mastery course - -READING COMPREHENSION. We have provided for your child, yet another course to assist with comprehension. By the same publisher as one of our math courses at this level, this workbook does as the title suggests - helps with reading and comprehension of subjects, main ideas, sequence and characters included in the stories. There's an Answer Key too!
-WRITING... a cursive writing practice workbook is provided for your child. You'll want to add additional time during your homeschool sessions to work on this topic. Although public schools are not normally teaching cursive anymore - with the advent of technology. This soon to be lost art, we believe, should be taught and is therefore, included.
-WORDLY WISE... a Systematic Academic Vocabulary Development program, a favorite among homeschool families. This two-color workbook has been utilized for years in the homeschool setting. How Do You figure Out What a Word Means? That is exactly what your student will be learning using Wordly Wise 3000.
-AND as mentioned above - we include a Full-Year suggested schedule for the core courses!

Economy packages contain the bare minimum materials to meet requirements. Parent/teachers should understand that students using an Economy Package need to have additional and supplemental activities added to his/her school day for better understanding and final mastery of the topic(s) presented. Grade 6+ economy packages are typically not suited for a 4 year University-bound student. See the link to the lower left: "Economy? Standard? Deluxe ?"
