You asked for it and you now have it ! Parents were wanting an inexpensive low-priced package for 8th grade - so, here you go...
(All of our bundles/packages contain SECULAR Materials. Secular = No bible-based content)
ALL THE CORE COURSES ARE HERE! and for some that's all they want.
Your student's Econo Package will include:
-MATHEMATICS is always going to be part of every package. This course doesn't include a hard cover, super fancy, mathematics text. It does include a really nice set of 2-color workbooks covering all the skills needed at this level according to the N.C.T.M.
Typical grade-level mathematics content with a bit of pre-algebra and some geometry too! These courses utilize plenty of review, some pre and post tests and good old fashioned arithmetic! No skimping on educational content! An answer key is included of course.
-A workbook covering the topic of Earth SCIENCE is a great inclusion in this year's package for your student. This 2 color, write-in workbook covers all the basics and more of grade level Earth Science subject matter. And, as always - our science courses are activity based meaning they're complete with experiments to either conduct, if possible, or discuss until your student can make their hypothesis and conclusion regarding the activity. This helps "lock-in" science knowledge. An Answer Key is provided.
-We integrated a set of materials consisting of a text, and a workbook to assist with your student's studies in
SOCIAL STUDIES - WORLD GEOGRAPHY this year. A set consisting of: a Student Text, a Student Workbook, a Test Pack and an Answer Key for each is what's on the menu. Your student will be studying World Geography. World Geography? Yessireee - he/she'll study the physical and cultural makeup of different lands and the many continents of the world. This fine series contains graphics, maps, and plenty more - attention-grabbing old-world content.
Yes, the Answer Keys to all materials to assist with assessment and grading are included.
-An ENGLISH GRAMMAR workbook set is part of our Language Arts course inclusion. This workbook covers all forms of Grammar, Sentence Structure, Usage and Mechanics. Included within the workbook is a decent amount of WRITING as well as additional assignments for mastery of Grammar and all topics within Language Arts. Spelling, capitalization, word usage, correct usage of the words: their, they're & there - as well as many other topics are covered. It's thorough and complete with grade level must-know content. An answer key is included.
VOCABULARY is also a topic being studied by your child this year. Instead of spelling - we're moving onto Vocabulary. This intensive self-instructional program includes: -studies in word usage and application, -analogies, -structure, -word origins, -synonyms, -antonyms, -meanings, -words in context and more. He/she'll be learning: "ruddy", "jubilant", "sprightly" and Latin & Greek word parts. Yippeee!
-A bit of READING / LITERATURE is here too! A soft-cover reading book with short stories and essays will be used this year. An answer key is provided. And...and...
One more softcover text - comprehension for reading skill building is also being offered for your student's education mastery!
A READING COMPREHENSION. is also provided to assess your student's comprehension and other needed skills in reading.

Economy packages contain the bare minimum materials to meet requirements. Parent/teachers should understand that students using an Economy Package need to have additional and supplemental activities added to his/her school day for better understanding and final mastery of the topic(s) presented. Grade 6+ economy packages are typically not suited for a 4 year University-bound student. See the link to the lower left: "Economy? Standard? Deluxe ?"
